The key to a long, happy life is good health. Fruit is an easy and delicious means to eat your way to a healthier, happier you!  Here are the healthiest fruits you can eat!

Blackberries deep purple color comes from the powerful antioxidants it contains. These can reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer. 

Goji Berries are rich in Vitamin A and antioxidants. They also contain six vitamins, 21 minerals they can aid in prevention of diabetes and cancer. 

Cranberries are naturally low in calories, high in fiber and antioxidants. They are antibacterial  and can help treat and prevent urinary tract infections, kidney stones and ulcers. 

Blueberries are ranked No. 1 in antioxidant content. They are believed to help lower the risk diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.  

Raspberries are an excellent antioxidant, rich in Folate and magnesium, as well as ellagic acid which is believed to slow the growth of cancer cells.  

Oranges are great source of vitamin C, folate and potassium. They contain natural photo-chemical called hesperidins, which seems to lower blood cholesterol levels and triglycerides.  

Pink Grapefruit is a great source of vitamin A. It also contains lycopene and flavonoids, believed to protect against cancer. The pectin levels found in pink grapefruit are shown to reduce cholesterol levels.

Grapes all varieties contain manganese to add in strong bones. They also contain resveratrol, an antioxidant that has shown to prevent types of heart disease  and blood clots by reducing blood pressure levels. Some studies indicate that Resveratrol aids in slowing cancer cells in the breast, stomach and colon.   

Kiwifruit are a great source of, source of vitamins C and E, and of magnesium and potassium. They can help lower blood triglyceride levels, thus lowering the risk of heart disease.  They have more vitamin C than oranges.      

Mango excellent source of vitamins A and E, high both lutein and zeaxanthin, antioxidants which may help protect your vision. 

Papaya is a great source of vitamin A and C.  This fruit contains an enzyme that aids in digestion. Papaya also maintains healthy youthful skin. 

Peach is an excellent source of vitamin A it also helps regulate the immune system and fight off infections. 
Pear Contains soluble fiber, which can help prevent constipation. It is also shown to reduce blood cholesterol levels and prevent heart disease.

Pineapple enclosed a natural enzyme called/bromelain. Besides being a natural bronchodilator and cough remedy, it can break down proteins and help aid digestion. It is also believed to help put off blood clots, inhibit enlargement of cancer cells and help heal catastrophic wounds. 

Pomegranate is rich in vitamin A and potassium.  It’s full of antioxidants and tannins which may protect the heart. Test subjects that consumed pomegranate juice daily saw an overall reduction in blood pressure levels.  This can help reduce the risk of heart attacks.
